Quality Control

Quality is a promise and priority at Renco, all of our operators and supervisors have been trained in inspection procedures. We have a quality lab with trained professional inspectors. We utilize three Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machines as well as a Nikon Metris MCA.II portable CMM arm to inspect work prior to shipping.

Fabrication

Renco has an 18,000 sq. ft. welding and fabrication department. We have experience in fabricating frames, bases, brackets, large structural weldments, conveyor components, augers, drums, and other custom components. We specialize in utilizing our strong machining capabilities in conjunction with assemblers, welders, and electricians to fabricate turnkey assemblies in house.

Assembly

Renco offers complete machine assembly and product testing capabilities. Our assembly area is 100% overhead crane covered with up to 30’ under the hook and 10,000 lbs lifting capabilities. We have two 2000 amp services. Renco also offers mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic in-house capabilities all within secure buildings and grounds.

Surface Grinding

Renco’s Thompson grinder offers some of the largest travels in the nation with capability to surface grind parts up to 24″ wide X 22′ long and 12″ high.

Vibratory Stress Relieving

Renco has a Meta-Lax vibratory stress relief machine.This works well on materials that cannot use thermal stress relieving.

Pickup and Delivery

Renco has a fleet of three trucks and two flatbed trucks for pick up and delivery.
