Pattern Plates
All of Renco’s pattern plates are manufactured on-site using Class 35 gray iron or aluminum tooling plates made to your specifications. We stock an inventory of 1″ material, stress relieved and ground available for your custom orders. They are stress relieved and Blanchard ground to within .005 on thickness, flat within .005, and parallel within .002. We maintain a high degree of precision throughout the machining process. Quality is assured through an inspection process that includes Trained Professional Inspectors and the use of Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine. We carry a large inventory of specific pattern plate hardware including, hanger bars, bushings, lockdown bolts and wear strips. We stock over 30 different DISA type plates. Renco Machine is ISO 9001 Certified.
Custom Foundry Parts
Renco understands the variety of foundry machines and the importance of being able to customize parts. Renco stocks a variety of foundry replacement parts. We also offer custom parts, simply send us your print and we will be happy to provide a quote.
